07-06-09 happy 2 years anniversary

I can believe its already been 2 years! Time seems to fly by so quickly..really wish we don't have distance separating us during the past 2 years..but then again, we won't be us without what we have been through :) I'm so glad you're here with me for our 2 year anniversary..although nothing much was planned, but hope you know that no matter what, my heart always belong to you hehe..I will treasure every moment we have together ga muacksss.. Easter 2009 - Majorca, Spain

12 students/friends, 3 cars, 2 walkie-talkies, white sandy beaches, rocky cliff faces, historical castles and cathedrals, peaceful villages, a warm shining sun.....you can only find these in the beautiful island of.....

MAJORCA!!!!!

I know it has been a long time since we went to Majorca and it's a bit late to blog about this now...but please let me explain! I've been waiting for the final batch of photos (which I still don't have yet) because someone is lazy to send them to me....I was planning to wait for those photos before I upload everything all at once. But it's been way too long now, I am fed with with waiting and I know if I don't start uploading the photos I already have, I will forget about them soon...So, here is the Majorca album part 1...ENJOY

The famous Spanish paella...OMG, that was the tastiest paella EVER!

The is the restaurant where we had the paella...It is in a town called Portocristo where the cave is located. We were driving around looking for food after visiting the cave and we stumbled across this lovely little place....We were the only customer there so at first we were doubting whether we entered the wrong place...the owner then gave us some olives which tasted very bitter. At this point, we were quit sure this is a "black shop" HAHAHA....however, when our starter came, we were shocked....the muscles we ordered was so tasty!!! Then the paella came and we were even more shocked!!!! oh man...it was the best meal ever....At the end, the owner gave us some "Sumo" to drink...HAHAHAHA....icing on a cake

Oh I love the freedom I get when I'm in control of the car....driving to wherever I want....

Next stop - the creepy village of Orient....This village is so small we were told only about 20 people live there...Despite this, there are 2 restaurants and 1 hotel there...
(These are only photos we took on our way to Orient...I will upload the photos of the village later)

After we escaped from Orient, we drove back to the main town, Palma. This is what we came across...The Ku Klus Klan?? HAHHA....Nah, they look very similar to the notorious KKK but they are not. These are the local catholics celebrating Easter. The parade was quite interesting.

It's been a while since I last updated...life has been very busy lately! Exams, coursework, dissertation etc. But these are not excuses for something that I haven't been doing for a while now...

Ever since our first anniversary, I have rarely written anything about us here, nothing about my feelings, what I've been up to, what we've been up to...NOTHING...on the 7th of each month, you will come to my blog hoping to see sweet words I have written about you but I have let you down time and time again. The worse thing is I have not realised this for such a long time until recently...Sorry sweetheart

I know words are very powerful, I feel the same too! Everytime I read your blog, I will feel very touched! There are special powers engraved in feelings that are expressed in words...nothing can beat it...I want you to feel the same too therefore I am determined to write more now :) can be about my day to day life, moaning about exams, things I like, things I don't like etc...I just want you to be able to read things that I write!

Anyway, exams are coming soon but I haven't really started revision yet because I've only just finished my dissertation and coursework...I hope I can start proper revision next monday! LOL...I really can't wait for exams to finish! There are 2 reasons...

1: After these exams, my university life will officially end! I think I will miss university a lot...but at the same time I cant wait to get out and start working! heehee
2: My sweet sweet Kaydee is coming over on the 5th or 6th of June! I CANT WAIT TO SEE HER!!!!!!!!!! Eating out together, going to the cinema, travelling, shopping etc etc...I really cant wait :)

Well, my PC is a bit dead at the moment, hopefully I can fix it before my Kaydee comes over...otherwise all we can do is sit and look at eachother...HAHAHA....I dont mind really, but 1 and a half month of that?? nah....I wanna watch films with you at home :P

!!!!!!!!!!!!!! New strain of flu virus that can transmit through radio waves !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read a magazine news article the other day...it is about a recently discovered flu virus strain that can transmit through radio waves! This poses a new threat to the world as flu viruses are starting to out pace any vaccines development. This means that soon (apparently in the next 3-10 years) there might be a flu pandemic that might wipe out half the world's population. This might overshadow any avian flu virus threat that we are currently facing!!!!

Scientist claims that this new strain of flu virus has the ability to somehow "communicate" with radio waves and have their DNA code transmitted through open air by the mean of radio wave. When this radio wave penetrate through normal flu virus in the air, the DNA code is "downloaded" to the virus and over write the normal flu virus strain's own DNA code making it as deadly as this new flu virus strain. This new strain of flu virus is so deadly because they can use mobile phone signals to replicate themselves. i.e. a person infected with this virus can actually pass the virus to others if he/she starts making lots of mobile phone calls! And there is a chance that the person on the other side of the line get infected because they picked up the call.

Its quite complicated how it works so I can't explain it very well here. Even the scientists are puzzled over how biological matters can communicate directly with radio waves like this. The mechanism of how they "upload" their DNA information to the radio waves and how they "download" this information to other flu viruses is staggeringly advanced for such simple organisms. It is even said by the scientists who discovered this virus that it is in a way more advanced than human beings...

Well, at least some pharmaceutical companies are looking into developing a vaccine to tackle this virus...but the speed of how these new flu viruses replicate is mind numbing (radio waves travel at speed of light!) and it is likely that a lot of people will get infected before the vaccine even passes the first test phase. And think about how countries can contain this virus without causing a pandemic? Ban the use of all radio waves transmitting devices? It's not like any other viruses where you can quarantine infected people by locking them away. Any radio wave transmitting devices near them can be used by the flu virus as a mean of replicating! This signal can reach the other side of the globe in seconds!!!

	Can't believe it's 18 months already! That's one and a half year we've been together....we have been through so much during this time. But just to let you know, I will not give up easily!
